Cost

There are never any entry fees at LTG events. The only cost involved is the purchase of one of 3 LTG memberships. You can see these memberships by clicking on the "Memberships" tab on the site navigation menu. 

Cancellation/Refunds

LTG will not issue refunds for any reason. However, we will enter you in the next tournament of your choice in the event that you show up to an LTG event and decide not to play in the tournament.

Prizes

Prizes for LTG events are the same for every event unless posted differently on the LTG website or official flier. Those prizes are as follows:

$300 for 1st place, $100 for 2nd place, and $50 for 3rd place! Some LTG events will be offering high value prizes for our raffle giveaways and prizes. Those events will be announced on the LTG website or on the official tournament flier.

Match-Ups

Once registration at the event is completed, teams will be matched up randomly in bracket play. This does not apply for Free For All divisions.

Conduct

Lantastic Gaming is committed to providing a safe, friendly, and professional atmosphere. We understand that some trash talk is part of the game. However, player that take to excess will be asked to tone things down or risk being removed from the venue. Excessive profanity, and arguing with staff will not be tolerated. Lantastic Gaming has a zero tolerance policy towards threats/or acts of violence. These acts will result in an IMMEDIATE expulsion from the venue/tournament! Act mature and professional or please stay home!

Logistics

Each tournament will feature games played on the Xbox 360 and be played on 8-16 screens with seating. Extra seating will be available for spectators. Pictures and video will be taken and recorded at each event of participants. Lan-Tastic Gaming reserves the rights to all taken media for company usage.
